I did 7 Dell updates and afterwards a big mess. I couldn't get into Windows to do a restore to go back to previous point. My screen was black and only had access to the F12 and F2 functions. Every fix I read online for 2 days didn't work for me.I dropped my computer off and they fixed it within a day! Excellent service. I received phone calls from Shawn updating the situation and I am so thankful that they got us back up and running. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great service!

I brought my sons laptop in for repair and they promptly diagnosed and repaired it. The part took a bit of time to get but that is no fault of the stores. The staff was courteous and helpful. Will do bussiness with them again.
