Description
BAT41 Schottky Diode 100V 100mA DO-35 Small Signal High-Speed Switching Diode for RF, Clipping & Signal Circuits (Low Current, Not for Power Rectification)
The BAT41 from STMicroelectronics is a small-signal Schottky diode designed for high-speed switching, RF applications, signal detection, and low-current rectification. With very low capacitance and fast response time, it is commonly used in high-frequency circuits, protection clamps, logic-level switching, and analog signal processing.
Unlike power Schottky diodes such as the 1N5819, the BAT41 is intended strictly for low-current signal applications and should not be used in power supply rectification or high-load circuits.
- Schottky small-signal diode
- 100V reverse voltage rating
- 100mA maximum average forward current
- Very low forward voltage (~450mV @ 1mA)
- Extremely low junction capacitance (~2pF)
- DO-35 axial glass package
- High-speed switching performance
- Ideal for RF, detector, clipping, and protection circuits
- Low leakage current (100 nA @ 50V)
- Common in signal processing and analog electronics
- Manufacturer: STMicroelectronics
- Manufacturer Part Number: BAT41
⚠️ Important: This is a low-current signal diode and is NOT interchangeable with power rectifier diodes like the 1N5819 (1A power Schottky used in power supplies and reverse polarity protection).
